BAPTIZE CALIFORNIA MOVEMENT SEES OVER 16,000 PEOPLE PARTICIPATE IN LARGEST COLLECTIVE BAPTISMS IN HISTORY, LAUNCHING BAPTIZE AMERICA, SET FOR JUNE 8, 2025
THE GROUNDBREAKING EVENTS IN HUNTINGTON BEACH + 300 CHURCHES ACROSS CA, AS WELL AS AT PIRATE’S COVE (THE SAME LOCATION OF THE HISTORIC JESUS MOVEMENT), CREATE AMAZING STORIES OF HOPE AND CHANGE
Baptize America 2025 will be the largest synchronized day of water baptism in American history
Los Angeles, CA (July 15, 2024) – What began as just a dream in the heart of California pastor, Mark Francey, has now become a record-setting baptism movement that is set to launch on a national scale June 8, 2025 as Baptize America. See here: www.baptizeamerica.com.
Baptize America, the culmination of the last two years of synchronized baptisms, began at Pirate’s Cove, CA (the same location of the historic Jesus movement) as Baptize SoCal with 4,166 people baptized and quickly grew to a statewide effort known as Baptize California 2024, which rallied 300 churches from Crescent City to San Diego, baptizing over 12,216 people in one day. In a time where the emphasis in our country is often on that which divides us, Baptize America rallies around what unites us.
Defined as an outward demonstration of an inward decision made to follow Jesus and modeled in the Bible through Christ’s example, baptism was also a significant and meaningful practice of the early church.
In the last 2 years of these CA based events, over 16,000 people have participated and have shared personal testimonies of the hope, joy, and freedom that they experienced as a result.
Just as the stories of past revivals continue to profoundly impact people’s lives today, it has been seen that Baptize CA & Baptize America have, and will continue to have, great potential cultural impact, well beyond the powerful experiences already being shared. These encouraging, life-giving stories are consistently affecting others and the culture throughout the U.S. and worldwide.
Numerous attendees with amazing stories of hope and help, in addition to Pastor Francey of Oceans Church in Irvine, CA are available for interviews.
