My name is DJ Flubbel, I am a Christian hardstyle producer from the Netherlands. Last week I released my first Christmas hardstyle EP for Charity. It all started a few months ago, when I was contacted by a fan from Belgium called Martin. He told me he was willing to donate a significant amount of money for my mission: spreading the Gospel using hardstyle music. At first, I was surprised by his offer. It even took me some time before I figured out how to respond. I decided to contact some of my international hardstyle-producer friends: The WLF (Netherlands), Coroxxon (Guatemala), Resonant Force (Mexico) and Stryptic (Holland). I donated the money to them in exchange of making cooperation tracks for my charity EP, called “Merry Hardstyle Christmas”.
Christmas and hardstyle are two things I really love and cherish, especially right now, since we live in a dark time with a lot of uncertainty, growing polarization and the Corona virus spreading. For me this was one of the reasons why I decided to shine some Light in the hardstyle scene, by producing the Merry Hardstyle Christmas EP.
In my opinion Christmas is not about some weird guy in a red suit. No, it is about something far more important: the birth of Christ. He is our Light in these dark days. He is the One that will help you carry on and will protect you. I hope next year will be brighter than 2020. Please hang on! And keep faith! Know that God loves you; and He is waiting for you with open arms. I hope Christmas will be a season of love and Light for you too! May God bless you in 2021.
