PASTA & BEANS
1 can Cannellini Beans
1 can Tomato Paste
Olive Oil
Garlic, minced (2-4 cloves)
1 Bay Leaf
Salt to taste
Basil to taste (try 1 teaspoon)
Parmesan Cheese
Pasta (elbows, ditalini, or shells)
Boil water for pasta and cook according to package directions.
Lightly brown garlic in enough olive oil to coat the bottom of saucepan.
Add tomato paste, bay leaf, salt, and about a cup of water. Cook 15 minutes.
Add cannellini beans. Cook 5 minutes.
Drain pasta and add to sauce. Let sit for a few minutes.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
