If you’ve got a pressure cooker, then you can make fabulous chili in a fraction of the time. If you like your chili spicy, feel free to double the amount of chili powder in this recipe. – JM Farro
PRESSURE COOKER CHILI
1 LB. Ground Beef
1 Large Onion (chopped)
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 8-oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
Sprinkle of Black Pepper
1 16-oz. can Kidney Beans (Added after cooking)
Brown meat, onion, green pepper, and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
Cook 15 minutes in pressure cooker. Release pressure quickly.
Stir in kidney beans and cook for 10 minutes on top of stove.
