This recipe is an oldie, but a goodie. This salad is refreshing and delicious, and it’s the perfect accompaniment for a formal dinner or a backyard barbecue. – JM Farro
AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD
1½ cans Mandarin Orange Sections (drained)
1 can Pineapple Chunks (drained)
1½ cups Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup shredded Coconut
1 cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup Raisins
1½ cups Sour Cream
Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Combine all ingredients together.
Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
