I first began making fish this way right after Joe and I got married in 1975. My favorite way to prepare it is with flounder, but it tastes great on tilapia, and many other kinds of fish. Enjoy! – JM Farro
BAKED PARMESAN FISH
6-8 small Fish Fillets (about 1 pound)
½ teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ teaspoon Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, cheese, and paprika. Spread on fish.
Cook uncovered till fish flakes easily with fork, 20 to 30 minutes.
